Payoneer as the payment option

Great News on adding Payoneer as the payment option, Thanks!

However, I can't find the option to select it in my payout preferences, There still are only PayPal, Moneybookers and Check options.
Is there any other place where I can opt-in?

*why payoneer charge us 2 usd for standard (three business days) card load, and aditional 3usd for immediate load - the same card issued by payoneer - which is not charged when we receive payment from other agency?

Hi,
I try to figure out if ordering a Payoneer MasterCard via Pond5 partner page is better than doing it directly in Payoneers website. I attach two screenshot, with the Fees in each one of the cases (1st screenshot via P5 & 2nd screenshot directly from Payoneer). I see Fees by doing it via P5 that don’t exist in Payoneer’s Card Standard Pricing. In addition there is no reference at all about “currency conversion fee” in the Pricing catalogue (via P5). Am i missing something?
