how to assign a image editorial

Hi everyone,
How do you assign a image as editorial or do curators do this if your taking a image of a building etc and unable to get any release signed.

Hey StefanMole,
It's up to our curators to determine what can and cannot be sold commercially/editorially, but if you can include a note to them upon submission that you'd like these items to be editorial use only, our team will take that into account when they make their review.
