photo approval delays

Hi there,

I've about 20 images awaiting approval for 7 days now. Pond5's always been super awesome and approved/rejected content within 10-72 hours.

Is there a back up or should I resubmit?

Stephen, welcome back. It seems that you have not submitted content for a while. It can take several weeks for the approval of new content.

audio files/special effects get reviewed super fast....video super slow. I've videos waiting since 9/28. Unfortunately that's not unusual for video. I've only submitted one photo so far, just to see how long it would take to be reviewed, and it seemed to take just a couple days. So I'd guess you won't have much longer to wait for your photos.

My batch of 20 were approved yesterday.

I just submitted another batch of photos last night and they were completed in about 8 hours. I guess it just varies a lot lately.

That's disappointing and discouraging that you have videos going back to September. I remember one of the things that really impressed me about Pond5 was approval speed and their willingness to accept videos that other places wouldn't. I've sold a lot of videos here that were rejected other places.
