Uploading 6k Videos? Newbie Question...

Hi folks, I have some 6k drone footage I'd like to upload and was wondering if Pond5 is able to kick it out in 4k, 2.5k & HD1080 or do I have to render and upload in each source individually? Appreciate any feedback on this... much thanx./marty

Hey MexicoLivingTheDream,
You'll have to render each resolution outside of the 6K and 1080p on your own. Our system generates a 1080p version if the file is 4K or above. If you want the other versions to be associated with the 6K clip, meaning they are on the same item page in those different resolutions, send us an email to support@pond5.com with the clip ID's (as long as the files are "online" status) in this format and we'll be happy to associate them:
item: 123456789 123456789 12345678 123456789
item: 123456789 12345678 123456789 123456789
Note the "item:" at the beginning, and the spaces between each clip ID.
As long as the items are identical except for the resolution, we'll happily associate them for you.
