Template pricing NOT correct

Why when using a valid template the pricing reverts to $50 HD and $56 for 4K now??? Double checked preferences and also the template. Both are set to industry standard and acceptable higher prices. Why is template being over ridden with race to the bottom defaults?

Tried it several times. Went out to write this and now it's working the way it should.
