How does Pond5 control content from being illegally distributed once it's in the hands of a client?
For example, let's say someone purchases a single license of a music track and then decides to use that same track on a bunch of different projects on different platforms, years after their original purchase and download.

Under our Royalty-Free License Agreement, the Content that buyers license with us grants worldwide, perpetual use, across all media. In the case that you've described, that is completely permitted by the user. They can use it whenever they want, wherever they want, for as long as they want, as many times as they want.
