Impossible to pay

Hi everyone !
I'm usually a seller but this time I need to get a track from Pond5. But it's impossible to pay ! None of my credits cards are working, and I can't use Paypal neither. It simply does not work.

As a contributor i think it's a big issue. I am the only facing this ?
