16/44 or 24/48 which do you export at?

Hi Pond5 people,

I was wondering what most of you do here. I have been exporting my audio files at 24 bit 48Khz and wondering if I should bother to do this as it means I have to convert them in some cases for other uses. After checking a lot of music here I notice most export at 16/44. Am I wasting my time exporting at 24/48? is there any real benefit?
