How does your content get picked for the "Membership" category?

In a previous job I worked at, the company paid for the annual pond5 membership. I was looking through my own uploads and saw that none of them were under this category. I can't find anything that states how things get into that category. Is it random? Only old uploads? Can an uploader influence whether their content fits in that category?
