(Tracks) Track not played correctly

SaverSound 9 Jan 2021 22:38
Hi..

I'm just approved and was uploading, the first tracks.

I've an Ambient - track with a long duration of 8:35.

At almost half the track, it's starting again from the beginning.

https://www.pond5.com/de/royalty-free-music/item/145620658-silent-reality

At that point, in the original track is a cut (not an abrupt break, or so something). And the waveform is correctly displayed. So, for a potential customer it's looking like this error is part of the song and the interrupted flow is intentional.

This is the second time, i was uploading the track. First time (before track - approval), i recognized this behavior and thought of an upload - error. But it's happening again.

Any cluess or solutions?

Thank's..

Edit: Same problem, at this track:

At 2:49, it's jumping back to start again.

I took a listen to your track and thought, it's fine, maybe it's your browser?
But then I hear what you mean at about 3:44 it jumps and the waveform doesn't seem to match.
What if you upload as .mp3, same problem?
If the .mp3 works, might have something to do with your .WAV export.
What's your bit depth?
You could try reducing the bit depth on the .WAV export and see if that fixes it.

@openheart will check the depth. But i don't want offer, the customer, an mp3. So, i've to find a different solution.

If taking a look at the "big waveform" (the one, with the blue background), the track is displayed correctly.

Seems to be just a problem with the player.

Thank you, for taking a listen and trying to help.

I'll ask the support.
