Global partnership is pond5 partners with other agencies to sell our footage.
e.g. - In China only Chinese websites are allowed to access, so pond5 partners with their domestic agencies to sell our clips to our customers in China.

How can you join the Global Partner program ?

You're in it by default.
If you want to get out of the GPP you can do that from your account and preferences tab.

To answer the first question. We don't know who the partners are. I don't think there is a list they would make public to us.
No, anyone on Pond5 is automatically enrolled in the GPP, not for exclusive
