Sure taking a long time to process videos. Seems like they are stuck in scheduled for processing??

I have a couple audio tracks that have been "scheduled for processing" since Wednesday. Not sure what the deal is.

I have been waiting since last friday... Still nothing. Also send them an email and no reply...Is this normal?

That's not normal, maybe re-upload and try again, I do find clips with higher frame rates and bit rates take longer but not that long.

Something I just thought of, in addition to the site being busy as in a heavy load of files being uploaded, it could be that you have previously uploaded files with the same RAW file name?, I reset my camera settings after a firmware update and didn't chance the in-camera file naming system from default and a whole bunch of clips never made it past processing into needs edits.
So I assume the pond5 system saw the file as already uploaded and tossed it. It does that all the time with my GoPro as well since every time I pull the battery it resets to 0001.

Thanks for writing in. In most cases uploads should process quickly, but sometimes “Processing” can take up to 48 hours. During this period, the uploads need to finish their course, so you are not able to edit, remove, or delete the files. Once the Processing is complete, you will see it in a status called “Needs Edits.”
However, if the files drop from "Processing” and do not show up after the 48 hours, please email us at support@pond5.com and the team will clear the processing error for you.
