Storefront bug on clips amount

Hi! I have more than 3400 clips but in my Storefront it show just 3065. Why?

Thanks for checking in. There can be a delay in the storefront count as the site indexes clips. It should catch up eventually, but please let us know if it isn't updated after a couple of weeks at support@pond5.com.

If you continue to upload content, the count may still be off as the servers catch up to show the updated item count. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Glad I am not the only one. Seems this started when the storefront was changed, my counts always have updated almost as soon as my media was approved. I uploaded right at 2000 assets in Dec, most have been approved but my counts remain the same. Not a biggie for me as I always have media in the pipeline but just thought I would share as well. Maybe it is a glitch with the site storefront update.

And sometimes clips are purged. I was nearly at 30,000 a year or so ago and dropped by a couple thousand. Almost getting back to it now.

I am missing about 500 clips. From November last year. Something like that. Thank you for solving the problem in advance!
