Cannot Attach a Release. Site is broken.

I wish I could include screenshots but there is no option.
For the life of me, in three browsers, I CANNOT attach the release for clips. The release is upload and I can view it, but when you check the box for the clip (s) you want to attach the release to, then go to the bottom left of the page and select "Attach Release" from the drop down, a new drop down appears with a filter box beside it, then an Execute button. The drop down is EMPTY and I cannot select anything, copy and paste anything (like release ID, etc.) and nothing seems to work. I have tried three browsers on Mac: Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I am at my wits end and when I emailed support with screenshots, they said they did not receive the images and sent me back a canned response with links to information I had already tried.
Please help. I spent a lot of time uploading and keywording a bunch of clips but I am ready to give up and try another stock service.
Hopefully someone knows what it wrong or there is an alternative. Thanks.

Hi,
Releases once uploaded take a couple of days to appear in the Attach Release dropdown. Also, I have found that you cannot attach a release to a clip that is 'Pending Review'. A release can only be attached to a clip that is marked 'Needs Edits'.
Hope that helps

Somewhat similar problem here: I was able to upload the release, and it does show up under the attach releases step. I click execute, and I get a dialog that the operation was a success. But in my list of videos it never shows up next to the clip. Note: the clip is "Pending Review" already so based on sofunsowhat's suggestion, I tried to unsubmit it (before I try to attach the clip again). But I cannot find a way to do that. Really, Pond5, do you enjoy torturing us? How about a one page, very clearly written, instruction sheet on how to do this. Even better, make it a simple process to begin with.
I sure don't want to have to delete the clip, reupload it, redo keywords etc.

Hey stevedonaldson,
Thanks for writing us. We put your files that were "pending review" back in "needs edits" status so you can attach the releases and re-submit. Once files are in "Pending Review" status, they are unable to be edited. This helps avoid any issues that could arise while a curator is actively going through clips that are also actively being edited.
Thanks for the suggestion about the one page instruction sheet. I'll escalate this to the proper team. :)
It's no problem for our team to put your files back in "needs edits" status so you can attach the releases, so please just send an email in to support@pond5.com and someone from our team will be happy to help!
Have a great week!

Thanks, Ryan. It's nice to know at least someone on this earth is listening to me!
