Manual / FAQ for contributors?

Hi,
is there a manual or FAQ for contributors somewhere? I have found a few options on the upload page that may be very interesting, but I'm not sure they are what I think. ;-) (Sorry, foreign language contributor...) Since I'm pretty new here, I guess there might be a host of hidden features I'm simply missing so, it would be nice to read about them somewhere.
Oh, and... how long does a clip usually stay in preprocessing mode? Any chance that I can finish that one clip now before I go to bed? ;-)

Hi Varius,
These guys are quick... nothing like shutterstock response time... both reviews and answers to questions are speedy!! They also listen to suggestions!! Although not the same size as SS just yet... their growth has been very good... from September to now, they had an increase of 4000 clips... and that's without too much advertising yet. I think they'll do very well.
I'm not sure about a manual, but i just found my own little "speed up the process" trick...
I created 3 templates, one for each of my price ranges... in each of these templates I set the price, camera, copyright and anything else you think will probably stay consistant.
Then i upload 10 clips for example... as soon as they're on the server and assuming the price is the same for all 10, I apply the template for all 10... then I only have to title, describe and keyword... (and other few things)... but at least some of the fields are done by the time I go in to edit. This isn't the greatest thing since espresso, but it speeds things up a little.
Please share any tricks you might find. Take care and I wish you massive sales for 2007!!
