"Manual Pricing for Each Size" Not Working

I'm setting my 4K price to $400 and HD price to $350 and Save. Every time I go back in, HD is set to $200. What's going on? I'm just getting started with Pond5 and read all the nightmares about artists' clips being sold for under set price. Prices set should at least show up as prices we actually set yes?

Thanks for writing in. You can't modify your clips when they're in "pending review" status. We can put them back into "needs edits" for you so you can change the price, after which you'll need to re-submit. Otherwise you'll have to wait for them to be reviewed and then change them to your preferred prices.

If the prices aren't updating and they're still in "needs edits" status, something else could be going on and our team can check on it for you.

Thanks for the response, Ryan. I'll wait for the review to go through, see if I can update the prices then, then follow up with support if I can't. Just a heads up that prices were set properly before sending for review. They changed after I submitted to Execute.

Ryan, good luck with your pricing. It's a new day with P5/Shutterstock. Check the prices on the "Last sold sold" forum to see the current state of pricing that gets licensed. I was as optimistic as you when I started out and haven't lowered my prices but only time will tell

Yeah, I figured I'm starting from a really tough place but I'm not interested in joining in on the race to the bottom. Even if that means not selling anything. I'm lucky that I've done extremely well with my video work over the years. Was just looking for somewhere to put some extra broll that I think deserves to see the light of day.

That being said, I plan on pulling my collection at the first sign of shadiness. And given what others have said about selling prices under set amounts, that time might come sooner than later. Hopefully Pond5 Exclusive still means something.
