Unable to add profile pic and unable to upload flies(music)

Hey guys, I'm Yungmetal and I'm new to stock licensing. I'm struggling to customize my store (pics), it keeps giving me errors even though I made sure I read everything there is. And I cant upload my music files to get going. Any one had similar problems before?

I would be very pleased as I cant do anything right now, I contacted Pond5 but until this day I haven't received the help I need.
