Uploading in 50fps, 25fps or 50fps exported at 25fps?

When uploading 50fps footage for the purpose of slow motion, is it best to upload at 50fps and let the buyer slow it or export at 25fps so it is ready to use as slow motion?

If its meant to be slow motion, I'd upload it as such. People buying the video don't really look at frame rate but are just watching the video so they may just pass it up.

I do upload both versions and so far i had sold only slowmotion versions once, and had sold both normal(but alternate shot) and slowmotion version once. So i recommend uploading both versions if they look different enough
