Filed to upload files.

Hi.
I are a new member of Pond5 platform.
I can't upload my files, photos and videos. I uploaded 18 files, with them all is ok. But now i trying to upload 4k photos, and 4k videos, but system say's - cannot upload files, and thats it. ( Failed to upload DJI_0440.mp4 )
File info:
Resolution 4k ( 3840/2160 )
Frames pes sec: 23.98
Size: 248 (all files is from 200mb to 1gb )
Where is problem?

_ is the problem along with . just use letters and numbers no punctuation or slashes with the file title and it should work

I use this text - ''saaremaa1.mp4'' and do not work.

The most common reason is you might have already uploaded the files and did not realize it, when files are uploaded over the web interface it is pretty fast and there is no special message that stands out when complete. The best way to tell is go in to your uploads screen and see if there is a red banner indicating you tried to upload a duplicate. Other than that contact support@pond5.com
