For Footage How is Your November so far?

Hello! I am Rose pretty much I am new here on Pond5 I am Photographer with small portfolio but I did my research about selling footage and my profile just got approved on Pond5. I am just doing some discovery if still worth it doing footage here because I heard at the new's that Pond5 is now connected to Shutterstock. How much Footage do you have? how many sale do you have in a month? How much do you make in a month? and lastly how is your November 2022 so far? Thank you for all responder

Hi Rose. My last sale was 19 Sep. I have over 4000 clips in my exclusive account. So it's been diabolical since starting this exclusive account. I'm guessing I am not alone. Ten years ago my main account had a tiny fraction of clips compared today, but I received 7 times more income. I hope it gets better, but since SS took over Pond5, my income is very scarce. Not sure if it is linked.

I did my research too before I joined P5 last year, it seemed to be the best deal for us contributors. But that was before the merger with SS. Now it's an entirely different ball game. It's up to you if you want to keep submitting content here but don't expect much of a return, sorry for the bad news

Yes Rose, added a few dozen this week, both in my exclusive and normal account. It does feel like I am wasting my time, but things might get better. Maybe!

@A1ExclusiveFootage that is great may i know what camera or smartphone are you using? I have iPhone 12 and Huawei p20 pro I don't know if it's the best for footage

Mainly a GH5 with a collection of Voigtlander lenses, Rose. I used to invest in the latest equipment, but with no sales that is on hold. Best of luck.
