Vertical videos from IPhone

Seems to me that PONDF5 recently wrote that they were seeking viral videos and that V format vids were okay. I recently posted a few but they were rejected having Black bars on the side. Of course they do!!. Anyone familiar with this.I have written back to P5 but so far no response.

Thanks for writing in. We do accept vertical videos, but they need to be uploaded in the same aspect ratio in which you shot them. Your uploads are 16x9. Please export them in the same aspect ratio and re-upload.
