Uploading an AE Project

Hello, I have uploaded videos no problem . . .
can I ask do I upload an After Effects Project in the same upload area? . . . is there a limit on the data size of the zipped project file ? . . .

basically I have tried to upload a zipped AE project file of 2.74 GBs from the Upload window and it came back with an error and I don't want to waste my time if I am doing something wrong . . .

create ae project, create movie, if on a mac, drop and drag hope it helps
