Composer share of mechanical (synch) and performance royalties.

Does Pond5 (Sentric Production Music) ever pay any share of mechanical (synch) and performance royalties to their music contributors?
I just had a look at my PRS for music, registrations database and I see that Pond5 (Sentric Production Music) have registered the tracks that I have non-exclusively licensed to them.
Although over the years I have had quite a few sales of my music through them, I seem to have only ever received my share of the online purchases, no royalty share payments.
I did also notice that Pond5 (Sentric Production Music) have registered the music with themselves as 100% of the mechanical royalties.
Maybe someone on their legal team could answer this question?
