Slow upload time?

I also noticed that image quality took a hit. One of our files got jammed up in the system… asking me to delete…. arrrrghh!! So fortunately I received a mail from Kennon saying that our files should be back to normal in a few days as there has been a rather large volume of submissions recently… which we knew already I guess!
Hope the quality gets sorted out though.

11 more clips got through at the moment, but quality seems far off from what it should be. I've been looking at some other clips though and some look similar (are previews and thumbnails always SD or lower, even if a watermark is included?).

I'll wait another day and hopefully be able to tag and finalize for publishing tomorrow!

The quality issue should just be our first pass previews. Remember that in about a week your preview will regenerate at a higher quality.

Thanks Kennon, that's a big relief! It's always exciting to upload first clips (did I do everything right? etc) and it seems like everything has gone OK thus far. Cheers!
