3D project File uploaded on FTP file zila ... but its vanished ...
dont no where does that file is gone ..
tried many times..
anyone can guide

On your account look at Uploads, then choose ALL in the Status drop-down box.

If Pond5 have the file it'll show at the top as either processing, scheduled for processing, or will show an error for that upload. If it's not there, I'm guessing it never made it for some reason.
