Can you have something changed from editorial to commercial?

Hi, I’m curious on having postings changed from editorial to commercial? Example is item 237412226. Is there any reason this would not count as commercial? There are no people, logos, trademarks etc etc.

I don't see anything why the clip would necessarily be editorial. It is best to email support and they can convert it to commercial.
