Several problems with the work of AE templates

Hello. I'm new here and I'm having a few problems working on set.
1. For some reason I can't upload a Profile Picture. When I click apply I get an error. The standard project upload does not work either (only ftp works)
2. In my profile, it shows only 1 accepted project, although there are already more than 15 of them. Why is this happening?
3. My accepted projects are not found in the search, they are not displayed in the new accepted templates tab. (Except for one project that is displayed in my profile)
