To Get the Perfect Shot

I just finished watching a show that focused on some of the best/most dangerous footage ever caught on camera. I thought it would be awesome to hear from some video guys on Pond5 of the lengths you've gone to to get the perfect shot. I am a big fan of a back story so please tell about the shot, and if you have the video available on Pond5 it would be awesome to see.
