Explicit filter on search no working

At least on the photo side the explicit filter is not working. I have the box checked yet photos still come through that could cause problems in a public or business environment. In many cases an explicit photo on a business computer can cause a person to be fired. An example is file # 22595399

The explicit button does work, but this clip is a partner image and has not been marked explicit with the automated importation from the partner site. We're fixing this issue and it has been placed in our system to be completed.
