Footage Rewiew took so long

Hi i'm encountering some of my footages were "pending review" and usually it's only take about no more than 5 days but now it already almost 2 weeks for me, does anyone got the same ?

same thing happening, may be December is the busiest month

Similar, was thinking it was something I have done wrong.
Good to know its not just me at least I guess.
