Pond5 contact mails bounce

I have now had two bounced emails to Pond5 - one to exclusive@ and to support@. Reason given the mailbox does not exist, or cannot receive mail. Anyone else have a problem?

Mine went through to support yesterday with a reply today.

I sent them an email last night and got a response fast. They are always fast.

Had the same issue again. Went onto the website contact form, mailed from there, got a reply. Replied to the reply via my email client, and it bounces. support@pond5.com "does not exist".

Are you all sending your emails to the same address? From start to finish, same/same?
