Property Release From Help - Animations

Hi there

I signed up yesterday and am having great trouble with my first upload property releases, could someone please answer my questions,. much appreciated..

1. Do I need to upload a new property release with "every" upload, containing screenshot of my work? If so wouldnt this mean over time we could have hundreds of forms populationg the dropdown menu? or can we delete then after we have attatched them?

2. Is there anywhere that I can get a free property release template that pond 5 accepts

3. I see they show an example form, can we use this? if so should I put in it animation creation date instead of shoot date?
