Can Anyone Inform Me, My Footage Approved But Can Not See it On the Profile. What is the Solution?

Usually you got at the end of the curator message following text "Approved files can take some time to appear on the site. Allow up to one week for your files to be available for sale, although it will frequently be much sooner." Now with these new curator teams things have been different: Redundancy, Entropy and Lack of Information is the new norm in the curator messages.

You can also email to support (supportpond5.com) but beware of "Exciting" new norm there too which lately paddles more to a copy/paste info already provided in Contributor Portal rather than answer directly to your questions. This is what has been happening to me lately. Good Luck!

After how long? This happened to me in the past. I waiting a week or so, then I contacted support. They fixed it but added you can try to re-price your missing items, then put them back where you had them. They said that forces a re-indexing of new shots.

I'm guessing this works. Give it a try.
