Uploading on the road - Poor bandwidth in wifi

As a documentary film maker I travel a lot, and much of it in a RV. My worst and frequent nightmare is finding a RV site with terrible wifi, thereby limiting uploads to clients, or P5. Right now I am in a RV site in Sacramento at $80 per might, and the download speed is 0.8 and upload 2.2 MPBS. So, trying to upload a 20 sec clip takes hours. I have checked about Starlink and it is better but still nowhere near the speed in my stdio of 700 mbps, of course. Has anyone found a workable solution??
