How to make clip editorial

Couldn't figure this out but how do you make a clip editorial? I thought I did the right thing based on the advice a reviewer gave but apparently not since the clip was rejected xD

There's a little checkbox above the title field that's very easy to overlook. That, plus a properly formatted editorial description will make your clip editorial upon review.

However, the reviewer has the ultimate say on what should be editorial or not, regardless of if you check that box or not.
