Video Encoding Format: H.264 vs. Photo-Jpeg

Hi all video expert
I get confused with the H.264 and Photo-Jpeg video encoding format.
Looking into Wikipedia about Video CODEC, it doesn't discuss Photo-Jpeg as one of the video compression format.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_codec
But Codec Central does talk about Photo-Jpeg format.
http://www.siggraph.org/education/materials/HyperGraph/video/codecs/JPEG.html
With my current camera, I am getting a video output file on .mov format with H.264 encoding.
I understand that it is recommended to convert the footage to Photo-Jpeg ~80% quality as this is a more 'acceptable' format for stock footage agencies.
For sure, this can be done with QuickTime or certain freeware.
However, I need to use CS6 to edit some of my footage at certain workflow. When i want to export back to video file (render video). There is NO OPTION in cs6 to export into Photo-Jpeg with .mov file.
The nearest available option is JPEG 2000 with .mov.
Or I can use H.264 format with .mp4 file.
1. So, is Photo-Jpeg a better format for stock agencies or H.264?
2. Will converting video format from original H.264 camera output file to another format like Photo-Jpeg cause any loss of quality due to multiple conversion and compression?
3. Will saving the H.264 file multiple time causing loss of quality due to multiple compression?
Hope someone can discuss about this.
Thanks in advance.

In CS6, you choose quicktime as Export Format, and under codecs settings, you can choose Photo-Jpeg. Are you Rendering from after effects or premiere?
