Save And Submit Not Working — HELP!

Been a contributor to Pond5 for quite a while but for the past year I have been unable to submit any files. I can add all the info and even save it, but am just unable to submit the file.
I’ve seen some people have a somewhat similar issue but they are mostly new contributors who haven’t gotten their ID approved yet. Like I said, I’ve uploaded many files before and even had sales in the past year.
Would appreciate any help so I could continue contributing.
