Having 4K in description of a 1080 HD clip would be ok if the description was not a searchable field. From my tests it appears the description is a searchable area. Ryan what does P5 say about the description area?

Don,
It's what I like. Part of the description not to be searchable. Maybe Ryan will tell us more.

Hey everyone, I've confirmed with our dev folks that the description field is included in the search result algorithm in a small percentage.
Slimm, I'm still waiting to hear back about your salmon clip, and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear something!
Cheers,

So the BIG question or suggestion is not to have the term "4K" in the description unless that actual footage is 4K. There is another strong suggestion to associate clips. This will allow artists to associate 4K clips with the same HD clip. Until that happens something should be done to clean up the 4K search errors ... Is that what P5 would recommend or is doing??

Ryan, Thanks for getting back as you see it's been a week and a half plus the time I waited to see if they'd show up originally, I have put them back in the pending files waiting to be reviewed again. I don't usually go back and check to see if all my clips make it on line once reviewed, I hope this is a rare instance.

As we discussed in the other thread, the clip was marked as sensitive and can't be viewed unless it is checked in the advanced search.
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about your clips, or feel they were marked incorrectly and need them changed in any way, please don't hesitate to email us at contact@pond5.com and we'll get you taken care of!
