Incentives

What do you guys think of incentives to sell more? For example at another site where people get a little icon (and perhaps more commission if they are exclusive) after a certain number of sales? What about contests and things like video of the week?

I think, some of it is pretty gimmicky but it probably helps build community in the long run.

And I miss the view counter on item page ... you can read on Pond5 information about Duration, Resolution, Aspect Ratio and many more, but not over number of views ... why not? Secret Information? :-)

You can see it on your uploads page if you select verbose but yeah not on the individual item page.
