one notification per thread

Hi everyone,

We've just added code that tries to make the forum send less redundant notifications.

When someone sends something to a thread/forum you subscribe to, a flag is set that says that you have received an email about this update. The next time someone posts in this thread and finds this flag, no notification is sent out.

When you're logged in and read the thread, this flag is erased. This flag is also automatically erased after 4 hours (when this was written. We needed to just set some limit and the dice fell on this)

We're trying to make something clever so the flag is erased even when you're not logged in.

It is a VERY GOOD idea. Until now receiving many e-mails from the same thread looked like spam.
