Why don't model releases not stick??

It's been brought up many many times by many artists. Using the very time consuming way of adding model releases by leaving the individual data input page and going to the portfolio page and then try to find that clip in the list again and add the model release. The portfolio page still shows model release attached but when going to the individual clip page (like a buyer would do) it says model release: no. This has happened on many clips lately and is still happening. Why??? This is far too time consuming going back to every clips main page to see what the model release says.

Put the model / property release on the edit page and help make it stick ... please.

Hey Don, we're adding the same page model release functionality as we speak, so look for that soon.

As far as clips that are missing model releases, please provide us with ID #'s and specific examples of incorrectly marked clips so we can go through and mark them appropriately for you.

Like I've said before, our human curators have to mark the clips as having model releases and do occasionally make mistakes, so please email us directly with your incorrect clips at contact@pond5.com or curators@pond5.com or you can email me personally at ryan@pond5.com and we'll get the clips taken care of for you immediately!

Did it yesterday, thanks.

I had the same problem where I put on a model and property release and the property release was left off. I contacted the reviewer and a couple days later no changes, then I just stated in the description that both releases were available. One other time it took months for a reply, by that time I didn't remember anything about it so what ever it was didn't get one.
