V2 drag and drop

Now isn't this a dandy way to fix problems:

No votes no implementation.

Somehow we just need to stop breaking things that worked for years then they won't need to be fixed. I don't believe many artists go to the feedback section to vote on things, it's just another detour. No votes does not mean it's not wanted or needed. Most artists just want to use the forum, isn't a forum a great way to communicate where everyone can easily see suggestions and comment on them?

Big question is if all these changes in V2 are being made to be able to communicate with our Sister stock photo company in Europe so they can start selling our footage there in a few weeks (as of Apr 2013). But maybe we don't need them since we can now speak French and Portuguese here now. I dunno, just wondering....
