Is anyone suffering odd rejections?

Hi,
In the last few clips submissions I've had several clips rejected, but bizarrely several nearly identical clips accepted? This is a new thing for me. (I've got over 2000 clips on here) as I normally am very diligent to comply with the guidelines. It’s almost as if they are trying to push me to use the ‘editorial’ submission.
The thing is I've noticed P5 has stopped listing the curators name with each clip submission acceptance and can only presume they have gone down an AI route which isn’t processing them correctly.
If anyone else is having issues could you let me know your workaround?
Cheers
Phil

What were the stated reason(s) from P5 for the clip rejections?

Have had three in the past month.
See below. In both cases, several the ones they rejected had near similar clips accepted without issue.
This content cannot be accepted for commercial use but it is eligible for editorial use. If interested, please designate this content as “Editorial” and provide an editorial caption. Editorial captions must include day, month, year, and geographic location information and a description. Descriptions, keywords, categories, and locations must be accurate, descriptive, and relevant to the subject matter, and must be in English. They should not contain any potentially objectionable or offensive language. Remove special characters or repetitive words/phrases and check spelling/grammar errors.

The rejected ones must have had something visible in them like a recognizable trademark, brand logo, recognizable person, etc. which makes the clip editorial.
Its an easy fix. Without the required model or property releases you can edit the clips and tic the "Usage" box for editorial, add location and date info in clip Description and resubmit. I had to do that with several a couple weeks ago.
These might help:

Thanks PCDMedia,
The thing is I have near identical clips which got accepted. I mainly have drone images, so you generally can't see logos or advertising as the shots are too high. So for instance one of the clips that got rejected and accepted was several aerial shots of a graveyard?? The one that was rejected was a clip and I had cut in half in the edit due to length. The first clip was accepted the second wasn't. Both high wide shots with a city scape in the background, no logos, people or advertising.
I don't mind if things get pulled it's the consistancy in the audit I'm concerned about. This was never a problem a few months ago. I only hope this doesn't became a constant issue.
Many thanks for taking the time to reply.
Cheers

YUP, a mass group rejected and not returned for edit. P5 was the most friendly agency, return was great to fix a word or two. These were rejected and deleted without opportunity to easily fix. SO it also cost P5 storage and ftp costs instead of simple edit.

Not sure if anyone is still reading this post but I have real problems, I'm new to P5 only got 10 clips up so far and I keep getting reject. I really have run out of ideas I have no idea what to do. I have hundreds of clips I can upload but i just get the same rejection. See below. I have other still images in photo libraries and have been doing that sort of thing for 15 years I understand these systems but not p5 any one suggest anything please

Based on the Curators comments something is wrong with your clip's metadata:
" ....titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and locations must be accurate, descriptive, and relevant to the subject matter and must be in English. They should not contain any potentially objectionable or offensive language, as well as any trademark issues (brand/company name) or sensitive information. Please remove special characters or repetitive words/phrases and check spelling/grammar errors."
Without seeing the clips metadata it hard to say exactly.
Maybe this will help:

Hi Phil,
I’ve noticed similar issues with submissions too. If Pond5 is using AI, that could explain the inconsistencies. I’ve been tweaking rejected clips and refining metadata before resubmitting. Tools like https://scmapk.com/SCMAPK can also help with creative inspiration and editing.
It might be worth reaching out to Pond5 support for clarification.
