Export Codec

Hi all,

I'm sure there had been threads like this before. But can anyone answer one more time what codec and container I should export my stock video in? I shoot with Canon DSLRs and convert with MPEG Streamclip.

I've seen many P5 contributors convert their footage to Photo-JPEG. Where do you set your quality bar at? My P-JPEG footage is jumpy... Am I doing anything wrong?
