The Customer Support System is Broke

So I get e-mails saying questions or problems are answered. The links in the e-mail do not take you to the problem page. Finally after wasting a great deal of time I find two "open" and 1 "Answered" problem. Yet I see no answer to the answered one. In reality I never submitted anything to the Problem Answer / Question page because it's a total mess to find and use. They were site mails that were flushed into the abyss. So where is the answered one? Oh my, it was once so easy ...

Hi Don, sorry for the confusion - those tickets you're seeing there are the support requests you've sent to us - none of them are part of the questions page. Looks like one of them was marked as solved before a rep could get an answer to you, thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Thanks Kennon. I did receive answers afterwards as you said. The questions I asked were through the normal contacts site mail and not the support page. Good to see site mails do get processed and looked at and action is being taken.
