adding link to your own clip

hi guys.

how can i add a link to another clip of mine,
in the description of some clip?

i added it as a text, but it's not hyperlinked.
tried a href, did not work.

also, can i put a play button on the link
so that it plays in the same page, without
the need to redirrect the user?
