Footage and video we as contributor at pond5

Want to ask for footage size and video size for uploading how much, why does it take a long time to be uploaded in the revision of the submit curator team at pond5. We as Contributors to upload footage and video size are a bit confused, we have to minimize it first, both footage and video are revised by the submit team at pond5 for a long time to upload.
