No SUBMIT choice in uploads tab - how to send content?

While uploading photos in the UPLOADS tab with the NEEDS EDIT filter, the SUBMIT option has disappeared from the bottom selection menu, and I can't find any way to send the photos for approval. It used to work normally before, and I always uploaded my content this way. Do you know what might be wrong? I am already on Pond5 many years...
