Premier Pro CS2

Anyone else using Adobe Premier Pro CS2 for HD clips? I'm using the new Canon HV20. What export settings or conversion settings are you useing for Pond5? I can't seem to find a full size / quality QT setings. I know they want Mt2 format in QT mov if possible. I've been using MPEG Streamcip but want to go with Premier Pro so allow more control over editing. I can't see how to get Motion JPEG B as an option with full 1920x1080. Any help?
