Use preview files on youtube

I wonder if I can use preview files of videos, after effects and photos for my music on youtube?
It would be nice if we could promote each others work and maybe we can?

The youtube thing is weird because there are so many work theft things going on with it currently. People love to take our stuff toss it on youtube and offer it up free for subscribers. Some times even with watermarks, I don't get it...

No, using a watermarked clip or photo on youtube is not right. Many people make good money on ads and therefore are using the footage in a commercial way. If you want to use someones clip I would suggest you contact that artist and work a private deal. The watermarked clip is to test how it fits into your project and to determine the best way to use it, not to distribute it for public use.

theres a guy that just posts other peoples videos then links to them with his referral. I guess it's his way of getting referral income, not sure if this has been posted on the forums yet? I forget the link to his stuff, but he had tons of people shots.
